RNS Wholesale Roof

This project was a re-roof: The existing roof was completely removed, skylights replaced, dens deck installed and then a new GAF EverGuard TPO roof. The tenants of this building were very pleased after completion because of how cool the building was now that the roof was replaced. TPO roofing materials will keep buildings on average 10 degrees cooler inside. Because this is industrial space the warehouses feel conditioned. This roof is currently under a manufacturer’s 20 Year NDL material and labor warranty.
